Description
Migoti Hill, Burundi. raspberry jam, vanilla, rose. Another big hitter from Burundi Born high above Lake Tanganyika, this coffee comes from the Migoti project in Burundi - a venture built on resilience, determination, and a healthy obsession with good coffee. Following a 12-year civil war that left many coffee farms abandoned or destroyed, local engineers Dan Brose and Pontien Ntunzwenimana set out to help rebuild their community through coffee. What started with a single washing station on Migoti Hill has grown into a network supporting thousands of smallholder farmers across the region.. Flavor profile: Berry, Floral, Vanilla.
