NICARAGUA - LAS MORENITAS WASHED. Bright, juicy, and beautifully balanced — this washed Nicaraguan gem is bursting with citrusy lime, sweet toffee, tart cranberry, and smooth caramel. Sourced from Las Morenitas, this coffee is carefully harvested at peak ripeness under the expert eye of Production Manager Jimmy Valenzuela. After pulping and washing on the farm, the coffee is transported to Las Nubes’ state-of-the-art dry mill in Matagalpa — a facility designed to optimise drying conditions..
