Nyabirongo Extended Fermentation Natural, Uganda. Big, sweet and funky ferment from the Rwenzoris! Really enjoying this across all brew methods - think sweet and complex filter and zippy, bright espresso. Lots of layers and thick mouthfeel. A special lot from Uganda. Process Extended Fermentation Natural Varietals SL14 & SL28 Altitude 1300 - 1600 m.a.s.l. Cranberry - Campinos - Hibiscus Nyabirongo is a small community where the Agri Evolve Coffee Station is to be found just outside the town of Kisinga. This coffee has been sourced from a large number of smallholder farmers from this part of the Rwenzori region.. Flavor profile: Berry, Floral.
