Description

Uganda - Kithuthu. red berry, maple syrup, elderflower. We're welcoming back Uganda to the fold; with another new addition from our long-time friends and suppliers at Agri Evolve. This is a pretty special addition for us, as we are one of only three roasters in the UK to be able to give this speciality coffee a home. Kithuthu is a small community in the Rwenzori Foothills, with most farmers in this community only owning 1-2 acres of land at most, and bringing their crop together once at the Nyabirongo washing station. At Kithuthu, generally all cherries are picked once ripe daily in the harvest season, all being quality assessed before transport.. Flavor profile: Berry.
