Peru Asproagro (Washed). The women of the Asproagro Community are pioneering examples of female led, quality driven coffee production. A key producer partner, they provide coffee for many of our blends but each year we give them some well-deserved time in our Producer Series spotlight. A classic washed process; the coffee cherries are hand-picked when ripe, then pulped, fermented, washed and sun-dried. We’re committed to supporting development projects and programmes in and around the individual villages that make up this community, including the construction of storage reservoirs..
