Popayan Decaf - Colombia. smooth toffee sweetness, with or without milk, you'll be enjoying clean, sweet, well rounded coffee. enjoy. 'This coffee is a rare thing, a decaf that doesn't taste like decaf! - and it's maybe the first decaf we've had that I can see myself drinking regularly. Can you tell?' This is really delicious decaf. Although decaf processing has come a long way in recent years, it's rare that we find coffee that has come through decaffeination unscathed. Perhaps it's because this coffee is specifically selected straight after harvesting for decaf, in another sign that producers are taking decaf more seriously.. Flavor profile: Caramel.
