A medium-dark roast profile perfect for espresso brewing or if you enjoy a more well developed filter roast. Roasted to tame acidity while enhancing body and sweetness. We feature a range of different washed and honey processed coffees through the year. This current version features a classic washed coffee from Tolima in Colombia.
