MASALA CHAI. warming spices, cinnamon. A warming blend of black tea (Assam and Ceylon) and aromatic spices, creating a traditional Masala Chai blend. Inspired by the popular drink served by chai wallahs on the streets of India. Our chai contains the warming spices of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and cloves. It's great both on its own, or brewed with milk. Origin: Assam (India) and Ceylon (Sri Lanka) 100°C + 1 heaped teaspoon + steep 2-3 minutes Pour 250ml of 100°C water over 1 heaped teaspoon of loose leaf tea (approx. 3g of tea) or 1 Masala Chai biodegradable tea bag. Steep for 2-3 minutes, or until desired strength of brew.. Flavor profile: Spices.
