Lemon Thyme, Apricot, Blackcurrant Description: Grown high in the misty hills of Chelchelie, Gedeb, this washed Ethiopian coffee comes from the dedicated hands of Tinshe Guye, a young female farmer nurturing just 0.4 hectares of land near the famed Yirgacheffe region. At 2,080 meters above sea level, Tinshe cultivates heirloom varieties known locally as Kumie, Diga and Wilsho, all shaded by Acacia and Cordia Africana trees.
