Description

This is a wonderful coffee. Gorgeously sweet and smooth with a big hitting depth of flavour upon first sip. There's notes of milk choc and candied orange. The acidity is overall very balanced. This is a wonderful all-rounder. If you can't tell, I absolutely love it!! The producers source this fully washed coffee directly from Lempira, Ocotepeque, Intibuca, Copan, La Paz, El Paraíso and Comayagua. In Greek mythology, Gea is the goddess of the Earth and the mother of all creation. This regional blend is created from the coffees of more than 400 women producers, who together make up RMC.
