Description

Honduras - La Palmera Geisha Processing Method: Washed Varietal: Geisha This is a stunning washed Geisha varietal from a small farm in Honduras owned by Yolanda Ramos. The farm covers about 24 hectares and is planted with several varietals including Geisha. Complex and juicy with a cup score of 87.5 points. Coffee was hand harvested from Geisha varietal trees and carefully hand sorted before being pulped, fermented and then washed. The coffee was then dried on raised tables. Sustainability is deeply ingrained in the operations at La Palmera.
