Description
India Ratnagiri. MEDJOOL DATES, TOMATO VINE & TOASTED PINENUTS India Ratnagiri was established in 1920 and is owned and operated by Ashok Patre, having been passed down through multiple generations. This carbonic microlot is allowed to ferment for 72 hours in a carbon dioxide rich environment. After removing the coffee was directly put on raised beds for drying for 31 days.. Flavor profile: Dried Fruit, Roasted.
