Description
India Ritnagiri Estate. Our second season of direct trade with Ashok Patre of Ratnagiri Estate, producers of some of India’s finest coffees. Founded in 1920 and passed down through three generations, Ratnagiri —“Pearl Mountain”—sits beneath a lush silver oak canopy in the Western Ghats. This fully washed Cauvery varietal lot, selected from high-quality blocks on the estate, was de-pulped, aerobically fermented, washed, and slow-dried on raised beds for clarity and balance in the cup.. Flavor profile: Winey.
