Ratnagiri Dark Room 5 washed. Our third and final release from Ratnagiri Estate is this clean and elegant 'Dark Room 5' washed. We’ve previously had the Natural version of this coffee and also the incredible ‘Blossom RW-7’. Ratnagiri Estate is owned and managed by Ashok Patre who is a legend in Indian speciality coffee. We had the pleasure of being hosted by Ashok on the farm and in his home and it was one of those truly memorable experiences. Ashok has scoured all the current processing research and adopted a scientific approach to processing.
