Description

Lifesaver. Full body, bakers' chocolate. orange, brown sugar and a lingering sweet aftertaste. Origin: Peru, Colombia, Ethiopia. Process: Washed. Elelvations: 1600-1900 metres above sea level. Varietals: Various Arabica cultivars. Best as: Filter. It all started with an Instagram message. Richard, a regular morning customer, who is a paramedic and used to stop by our Kingston store almost every morning to grab his usual flat white, messaged to say that the London Ambulance Service could really do with some nice coffee. Next day, Lifesaver was born.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Chocolate.
