Decaf Coffee Cupping Notes Grown in the mountainous Matagalpa Highlands of Nicaragua, known as the Pearl of the North and Land of Eternal Spring, it’s no surprise that some of the finest coffee in Nicaragua is grown in this region benefiting from its high elevation, fertile soil and cloud forests that keep the coffee cool. Grown at 1100-1800m above sea level Creamy toffee and caramel with plum and black cherry notes and hints of citrus. Strength 3.
