PARTNERSHIP: LOS MILAGROS | MEXICO Chiapas, Southern Mexico Los Milagros is not a single farm, but a network of small-scale, organic coffee producers in southern Mexico, primarily in the mountainous region of Chiapas, near the Guatemala border. These farmers are connected through Caravela’s sourcing and education programs, which focus on improving quality, sustainability, and long-term livelihoods. Since 2019, more producers from remote communities have joined the Los Milagros network, gradually shifting their focus from volume to quality.
