Description

Guatemala San Marcos Washed Microlot. Finca Manila is a coffee farm that is situated in a particularly remote area of San Marcos, Nuevo Progreso in Guatemala. The elevation of this area - and the farm itself – is around 1450-1800 metres above sea level (masl). Finca Manila has an advantage of operating at such heights that benefit the Pacamara varietal. The limited amount of sunlight on the steep slopes in the San Marcos Highlands creates an environment that allows the coffee cherries to ripen slowly.
